Bad Weather during our trip to New Mexico

We timed our departure from Nova Scotia to avoid storms and bad weather but we were not entirely successful. When we got to Virginia we were faced with large storm approaching that could not be avoided, we turned west and went through West Virginia rather than Virginia and as a result, did avoid the heavy snows that hit Virginia. We did not avoid all of the snow as you see here in a picture taken near Huntington, WV.
